The activities offered last one day, one weekend or one week, and are all opportunities to make friends and take part in meaningful activities.

Crêt-Bérard organises summer camps for children aged 8 to 11. Supervised by a young and dynamic team, the children take part in handcrafts, play, go out in nature and experience times of sharing amongst themselves and with the supervising staff.
Around a theme and many activities, the camps broach the topics of the value of each person and interpersonal relationships, and encourage curiosity and ingenuity, prayer and inner life, care of nature, etc. These camps take place in the heart of the life of the “Maisonnée”, around the chapel and the cloister.
Another camp, named “Vitamin N”, is organised every year in collaboration with the A Rocha Association. It takes place in the Pavilion and enables children to strengthen their relationship with God while getting their fill of nature.
“2021 camps
– 8-9 years old (finishing 4-5 P): July 12 to 16, 2021
– 11-12 years old (finishing 6-7 P): July 5 to 9, 2021
– 9-13 years old, Vitamin N camp: July 11 to 16, 2021
Practical aspects:
– Number of participants: between 10 and 20 children in each camp
– Camp prices: between 250 and 350 CHF per camp and per child, depending on means. If a family faces a difficulty, do not hesitate to bring that up in strict confidence by writing to the address below; we will find a solution.

Crêt-Bérard takes part in the training of young Christian leaders (JACKS), in collaboration with the Evangelical Reformed Church of the Canton of Vaud – regions of Riviera-Pays-d’en-Haut, Broye and La Côte. During one weekend of training, the young people (aged 14 and over) learn to lead a group, to listen to one another, to gain respect as a leader as well as some safety instructions. Not forgetting: nurturing their faith and spirituality, having fun, laughing, exercising… And altogether spending an enjoyable weekend together!
