SMALL SCHOOLS

A range of complementary courses to explore different aspects of the Christian life, and more broadly of human life. Accessible to all, these courses refer to the Gospel, to current knowledge and to the experience of each person.

SMALL SCHOOLS

Here are the existing courses. Each one aims to help you live your faith on a daily basis. Built around teachings and testimonies, they offer various workshops for practical exploration. Each Little School lasts about 30 hours (5 days over several months) with a certificate of formation.

– Little School of Prayer (autumn 2021-spring 2022 in Yverdon)
– Small School for reading the Bible (January to May 2022)
– Little School of Witness (spring 2022)
– Little School of Life at Work (September 2022 to February 2023)
– Little School of Fraternity (to come)

    A journey to move together towards an ecological transition, both personal and collective, and to respond to the common challenge that awaits us. Go back to the spiritual roots of the ecological crisis and transform our ways of being, living and thinking to reconnect with Creation and the Creator. An invitation to live an experience of deep connection to nature, to others, to oneself and to God.

    General objectives

    • To live together an inner journey to participate in the transition towards a society more respectful of the Living.
    • (Re)weave in depth our link to Creation and to its divine Source.
    • To tend towards a greater coherence between saying and doing.
    • Linking self-transformation and world transformation to embody a new form of commitment: the meditator-activist.

    Specific objectives

    • To complete one’s knowledge in various fields of ecospirituality and ecology.
    • To develop one’s interpersonal skills and acquire tools to reharmonize one’s relationship with Creation on a daily basis.
    • To achieve transformation by experiencing the four moments of the “Work that connects” spiral (Joanna Macy): rooting ourselves in gratitude, honoring our pain for the world, shifting our vision, and committing to our faith and personal desire.
